Very disappointed. I had a bad batch of white wine. It was replaced as is their guarantee. But it caused me a lot of trouble.As we all know we go to Wine Kitz because it is so easy. There was nothing easy for me, had to uncork and empty the bad batch, wash all the bottles, lug them to store, refill again,cork them and lug them home.again. Upon entering the store l was asked "what can I do for you " When I asked for a discount, he said "" Now that changes my view of you "" and then " We replaced your wine " Yeh but " I would like to compensated for my trouble " He said 10% and I said no. His answer "" THEN YOU CAN GO TO THE LIQUOR AND BUY IT "" Great attitude and great service.!!!....
