- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Googled the best scallops in Digby, and the Boardwalk Cafe popped up. When we got there, it changed hands to be the Shore Thing. We went in nonetheless, and no regrets! The garlic seared scallops were perfectly done, and the seafood chowder had chunks of haddock, scallops, and clams (and lobster!). - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Absolutely my favourite place to eat in Digby. We went to the other restaurant owned by the same people out on Shore road and couldn't fault it.
